Access to and/or use of the CESPA, S.A. (hereinafter CESPA) Web site confers the person doing so the condition of user, who fully accepts without any reserve, from that moment onwards, these general conditions, together with the specific conditions that, where applicable, supplement, modify or substitute the general conditions with regard to certain services and contents of the Web site.
CESPA refuses any responsibility deriving from improper use of the contents, the browser or of the use of non-updated versions of same, without taking on any responsibility for infringements the user may make of these protected rights, together with those covered by the rights protected by the Law on Intellectual Property, the Law on Civil Protection of the Right to One’s Honour, Personal and Family Privacy and Image, the Law on Brands, the General Law on Advertising, the General Law for the Defence of Spanish Consumers and Users, the Law on Unfair Competition and the Law on General Contracting Conditions, among others. That previously stated has a declarative, not limitative, nature for which reason CESPA will pursue any illegal action or infringement of its rights and/or those of the persons or entities with protected rights, even resorting to the State Authorities.
Information, images, texts, documents and any other contents located on the Web site may only be consulted for information purposes by any visitor to our Web site. CESPA reserves the right to restrict the access to its network or its contents and may modify the terms and conditions for use of the Web site at any time and without previous warning. The browsers/visitors of the Web site will be responsible for revising the contents of this Legal Warning to determine the terms and conditions regarding its use.
CESPA refuses any responsibility for any information not contained in this Web site and, therefore, not prepared by CESPA or not published in its name. In particular, it refuses any responsibility for information contained on Web pages of third parties connected via links with the Web pages of CESPA. Likewise, the responsibility for possible safety errors that could occur as a result of using computers infected with viruses is excluded.
Similarly, in accordance with that established in Organic Law 15/1999, the Personal data collected by CESPA, with its corporate address in Avda. de la Catedral 6-8, 1ª Planta and FIC A-82741067, via questionnaires, e-mails or other similar means, will be treated and included in the corresponding files of a personal nature CESPA owns and for which it is responsible. For this purpose, CESPA will make available to its Users the appropriate technical resources for them to unequivocally give their consent and so that, previously to giving their consent, they can access our data protection policy. Except for the fields indicating the opposite, the answers to data of a personal nature are voluntary, without the lack of answers to these questions involving a reduction in the quality or quantity of the corresponding services, unless indicated otherwise.
The purpose of the inclusion in the File and the treatment of the Personal Data is the management, administration, provision, extension and improvement, the adaptation of the entire contents of the portal to the preferences of users, the design of any new element configuring the portal and the dispatch of service updates. CESPA must obtain previous unequivocal consent of the Users to treat their data with other purposes than those stated above.
In accordance with that established in Organic Law 15/1999, on the Protection of Personal Data, you may exercise your rights to access, rectify, cancel and oppose at any time, by means of a written notification sent to Avda de la Catedral 6-8, 1ª Planta or via e-mail address sugerenciasweb@cespa.es indicating 'Data Protection' in the subject.
