AMEY AND CESPA WILL WORK TOGETHER TO IMPROVE SERVICES IN UNITED KINGDOM
Amey and Cespa will unite forces to provide the British market with effective solutions covering waste treatment, environmental management and energy use.
The two subsidiaries of Ferrovial will create 'AmeyCespa', which combines the unrivalled strengths of both companies. Cespa boasts extensive waste treatment experience and operations know-how, whilst Amey offers the management capacity of public and private services that it has clearly demonstrated in the UK.
The new company has the full support of both its parent companies and Ferrovial in order to carry out its business plan, which, in addition to waste treatment services, includes a wide variety of small projects and acquisitions.
AmeyCespa strongly supports making better use of energy resources, by using the latest technologies to generate clean energy from controlled waste products. In this way the company has made a firm commitment to the environment and to addressing the needs of the localities it serves.
